As we continue to grow across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Europe and the UK, we're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help shape our brand, accelerate commercial outcomes, and unlock new growth opportunities across multiple business units.
Position Purpose
The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, execution and performance of the company's overarching marketing strategy across all business units. Reporting to the General Manager Marketing, this role is pivotal in building the core brand marketing framework, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring all marketing activity aligns with commercial objectives.
You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations and external partners, with a strong focus on innovation, product development and strategic partnerships. This is a high-impact role for a strategic marketer who thrives in complex environments and enjoys turning insight into action.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Planning
* Lead the development and ongoing refinement of integrated marketing strategies across all business units
* Translate business objectives into clear, actionable marketing plans
* Support the development of brand positioning, messaging and long-term brand growth
Marketing Execution & Performance
* Plan, execute and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Track, analyse and report on campaign performance, ROI and effectiveness
* Ensure brand consistency across all channels and customer touchpoints
* Partner with product and sales teams on new product and service launches
* Identify emerging trends, technologies and customer needs
* Contribute to expansion into new sectors, products and customer segments
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and strong execution
* Manage agencies and external partners to deliver high-quality outputs
* Support cross-functional initiatives that strengthen customer experience and market presence
Leadership & Team Contribution
* Provide guidance and mentoring where required
* Contribute to marketing leadership discussions and decision-making
* Drive continuous improvement, efficiency and capability across the marketing function
About You
You're a strategic, commercially minded marketer who combines creativity with data-driven thinking. You're comfortable working across multiple priorities and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
You'll bring:
* 3+ years' experience in marketing roles, ideally in complex or multi-business environments
* Proven capability in brand development, campaign management and strategic planning
* Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies
* Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics and market research methods
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field
