WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...
"You'll complete detailed property inspections, prepare valuation reports that meet industry standards and provide accurate assessments for a range of purposes including market value, insurance and tax. You'll offer expert advice on property matters, stay informed on market trends and legislation, and work closely with clients and the team to deliver high‐quality service. You'll manage your own workflow, ensure deadlines are met and contribute to the growth of the business through your professional expertise."
YOU WILL NEED...
* 2+ years' experience as a property valuer - across commercial & residential
* To be qualified Certified Practising Valuer
* To be accredited with the Australia Property Institute
* Full working rights - PR & citizenship & long‐term visas e.g. partner visa
* Strong knowledge of property markets relevant legislation and valuation standards
* Collaborative team player with a client‐focused approach
