You'll be responsible for analysing market and partner data, monitoring risk and compliance requirements, and identifying opportunities to optimise value for both our members and the business.You'll work closely with external partners and teams across the organisation to support decision-making, contribute to strategic initiatives, and strengthen the foundations that enable our partnerships and products to thrive.Successful candidates will have:Proven experience in managing commercial partnerships or key accounts, with a focus on delivering mutual value.Strong commercial acumen and the ability to interpret market, partner, and performance data to inform decision-making.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.A sound understanding of risk, governance and compliance frameworks, particularly in a commercial or product setting.High level of organisation, reliability and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.A proactive, outcome-driven mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to balance detail with strategic context.Experience in a similar role within product, partnerships, strategy, or commercial functions.Experience in the financial services or insurance sector is highly desirable.At RACT, we're not just a workplace – we're a community.
