Territory Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced and driven Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and driving growth through innovative solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Understanding customer needs and challenges, and developing targeted solutions to meet their requirements.
* Managing a 12-month rolling orderbook and pipeline with existing and new customers, ensuring seamless delivery of products and services.
* Conducting market analysis and gathering market intelligence to stay ahead of competitors and industry trends.
* Achieving territory and team objectives as aligned to regional targets and Sales Incentive Scheme.
This role is ideal for individuals with:
* >3 years field sales experience in a relevant sector, preferably industrial.
* In-depth understanding of customer, market, and industry insights to drive business decisions.
* Appreciation of sales process methodology and ability to translate product features into value propositions.
* Strong commercial and critical thinking skills, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
