We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time **Visual Merchandiser **to join the sass & bide family in our beautiful Support Office in Alexandria.
- This role is a Permanent Part-time job opportunity, working 3 days per week: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. _
Reporting to the National Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining Visual Merchandising standards and assisting with key tasks within the VM team and providing support to the stores.

**Key responsibilities include**:
- Get creative; work alongside the National VM Manager to create visual direction for our stores
- Plan and execute the VM Calendar for seasonal VM launches
- Provide weekly feedback to stores to ensure the brand vision is consistent & in line with VM directives
- Communicate VM collateral to stores when required to maintain VM standards
- Provide VM support and training to Regional and Store Managers to ensure visual brand standards are understood and adhered to at a store level
- Collaborate with the Store Management Team, to identify and action merchandising opportunities to increase sales, and upskill staff where applicable
- Weekly reporting, including collating data from stores about the execution of VM directive
**We are seeking the following attributes**:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of VM principles
- Prior experience in the fashion industry with a talent for styling
- Results driven
- focused on desired outcomes and how best to achieve them
- Previous experience with Adobe In Design is advantageous, but not necessary
- Acute attention to detail
- Excellent organisational & time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously
- Current Australian Driver's License and own vehicle
- Willing to travel (as required) & flexible weekly schedule
- A creative thinker & problem solver
