A high-growth, global FinTech leader is hiring their most critical position in the region: the foundational Senior Sales Lead for Australia. This is a rare opportunity to be employee 1, build a market from the ground up, and establish yourself as the future Country Manager. What You'll Achieve - As the first person on the ground in Australia, you will be the architect of the ANZ business. Architect the Go-to-Market Strategy: Take complete ownership of the Australian market, defining the sales playbook, target verticals, and strategic account lists. Shape the Future: Pave the way for the future ANZ team, defining the culture and performance benchmarks for the business you will eventually lead. Secure Foundational Logos: Identify, hunt, and close the first cornerstone clients in Australia, creating the case studies that will fuel future growth. Build the Brand: Act as the face of the company in the region, establishing a powerful brand presence and building relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers. Own & Drive Revenue: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building a robust pipeline and setting the standard for success. What You'll Bring A Proven Track Record: Proven experience in a senior B2B SaaS sales role, exceeding targets and building successful relationships. A Builder's Mindset: You thrive on autonomy, excel in ambiguity, and have a relentless drive to build something from scratch. Strategic Acumen: You are a commercial thinker who can develop and execute a complex GTM strategy, not just follow a script. Domain Expertise: Experience selling complex software solutions is essential; a background in FinTech, Accounting, or ERP is highly advantageous. Leadership Qualities: You possess exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the gravitas to influence C-suite executives and the ambition to grow into a country leadership role.
