We are seeking to strengthen our Operations team at our Edinburgh site. Our end-to-end capabilities—from 2-wheel and 4-wheel MGBs to Kitchen Organics bins and full Assembly & Distribution services—enable us to meet the unique needs of councils and customers nationwide.
The Role: Operations Manager, Edinburgh, SA
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations based at our Adelaide Head Office, the Operations Manager will lead all aspects of the Edinburgh branch's daily operations.
This hands-on leadership role is responsible for managing staff, overseeing warehousing and logistics, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating deliveries using our fleet of company vehicles. It also involves supporting administrative processes, customer engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Lead, coach, and support staff across warehousing, delivery, and safety functions.
* Drive a high-performance, customer-first culture focused on meeting service and quality standards.
* Plan and allocate labour to meet warehouse operations and daily delivery commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and communicate daily operational plans to ensure clarity and accountability.
* Oversee maintenance and repair schedules for vehicles and ensure roadworthiness.
* Implement preventative maintenance programs for all plant and equipment.
* Ensure accurate inventory control and conduct regular stocktakes.
