Construction Management Leader
We are seeking a skilled Construction Management Leader to oversee projects in the Industrial division with significant commercial value.
The successful candidate will set strategic objectives, manage client and consultant relationships, drive project teams, and deliver results-driven outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Establishing strategic objectives and budgets from structure through to handover
* Managing stakeholder relationships and expectations
* Driving project teams and subcontractors on site to achieve quality and efficiency targets
* Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Requirements
* Bachelor Degree in Building or relevant industry qualifications
* 10+ years experience working on construction projects as a Senior Project Manager
* Proven track record of managing complex commercial projects in excess of $30 Million
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to work under pressure
* Solid knowledge of the NSW construction market including sub-contractors and suppliers
* Ability to lead and performance manage a project team to achieve agreed outcomes
