Maintenance and Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Maintenance and Operations team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities management, with experience in planning, organizing, and executing maintenance and repairs. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve results.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading the Maintenance and Operations team, setting goals and priorities, and evaluating performance.
* Developing and implementing plans to maintain and improve campus facilities, in line with the College's strategic objectives.
* Managing budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of equipment and personnel.
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, promote a culture of safety, and ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
