Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales and KPI targets across your Boutique.
* Raise customer engagement and satisfaction.
* Empower and encourage honeys' needs and guide their exploration in a positive manner.
* Lead, coach, and provide feedback to honey team.
Requirements
* At least 2-years' experience in retail or hospitality environment.
* Exceptional communication and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Self-motivated and passionate about team development and success.
* Leading with empathy, compassion, and open-mindedness.
* Highly driven about store success and passionate about brand growth.
* Able to manage expectations and conflict.
