About the Role
As a Manager within our Infrastructure Services Division, you'll step into a leadership role, reporting directly to the Director, Infrastructure Planning Unit.
In this position, you will lead a small team to engage with a wide array of diverse stakeholders, provide strategic advice, navigate opportunities and complexities, support continuous improvement, and pursue best-practice initiatives.

Responsibilities
Undertake the implementation of the PDP and SDPP (SDPP) project functions moving from Infrastructure Delivery to the Infrastructure Planning Unit.
Review current processes, tools and templates.
Develop transition plan to move these functions into the IPU.
Identify areas for process improvements considering both the existing IPU and delivery process.
Identify areas of knowledge gaps within the IPU and determine appropriate upskilling requirements.
Identify legislative and compliance gaps and solutions.
Develop BAU processes with regards to the ongoing review and management of the PDP/SDPP suite of documents.
Consider the project lifecycle, roles and responsibilities and develop a revised matrix of responsibilities to reflect IPU as the activity owner.
Assess the current project handover process.
About You
You will have the leadership capability and relevant experience to communicate strategically and with influence, manage collaboration with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to translate strategy into practical and measurable actions, communicate the strategic vision, drive change within the division, and facilitate a culture of change management within capital infrastructure planning, design and innovation.
