**Job Title:** Oshc Coordinator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our Outside School Hours Care service in Traralgon. As an Oshc Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a team of Educators, developing and facilitating engaging child-centered programs, and fostering healthy relationships with children, the school community, and parents.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement an engaging child-centered program that includes STEM, sport, cooking, art, and craft activities
* Foster healthy relationships with children, the school community, and parents through effective communication and relationship-building skills
* Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management and staff supervision
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including compliance and administration
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A friendly and outgoing personality with a focus on building positive relationships with children, their families, and the school community
* A willingness to learn and develop your skills and knowledge in the area of Outside School Hours Care
* A national police check and a state check for working with children
* Australian work rights
* A Diploma level or higher qualification in an ACECQA approved area (or willing to obtain)
