Remote Community Retail Manager

* Manage the daily operations of a remote community supermarket.
* Train and mentor local team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Deliver on our nutrition policy by replenishing and monitoring stock levels, forecasting demand, and ordering additional products or goods.
* Work with merchandising, nutrition, and local stakeholders to meet community needs.
About You:
We are looking for someone with experience using electronic retail systems for stock control, point of sale, and staff management. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to adapt to meet the needs of people from all education levels, language abilities, and cultures.
