Role
You will be an experienced planning & environment lawyer at the Associate or Senior Associate level who is seeking a front end role. Working predominately with state government agencies and local government authorities, you will enjoy working across a range of diverse matters, including:
* all aspects of planning & development projects
* developer contributions, planning agreements and other infrastructure agreements
* public sector acquisition of land (predominantly by agreement)
* full range of environmental matters including biodiversity & threatened species,pollution and contamination
* public sector governance and administration, including tendering and procurement
* public sector property issues including Crown Land and Native Title matters
