About the Role
We're looking for a technical leader to drive our Environment as a Service (EaaS) initiative. In this role, you'll design, deploy, and optimize scalable cloud and on-premises application environments. Your expertise in Azure Cloud, DevOps practices, and environment automation will be key to delivering high-quality development, testing, and production environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver, uplift, and maintain high-quality, fit-for-purpose environments for enterprise-level development, testing, and production
* Design and implement self-service, on-demand ephemeral environments with automated provisioning and cost optimization
* Build comprehensive automation solutions for environment management workflows
* Enhance visibility through dashboards and monitoring
* Optimize configurations for reliability and efficiency
* Drive continuous improvement in environment management processes
Qualifications
* 8–10+ years of experience in Azure Cloud, environment engineering, or DevOps
* Strong background in CI/CD, automation tools, and Agile methodologies
* Hands-on experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proven success in managing complex environments and engaging cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on automation
