Mixed billing model, with a high percentage of private billings

Billings per consulting hour range from $271 to $416 (average $337 per hour)

Essential Criteria
FRACGP and Specialist Registration in General Practice
GP interested and able to cover a patient base largely consisting of womens health.
Strong commitment to patient-centered, high-quality care
Interest in chronic disease management, procedural work, or developing special interests
The Package
65-70% of billings, based on experience, patient volume, and commitment
90% of billings for the first 3 months to help new doctors establish themselves
Flexible working arrangements, with a preference for a GP available 2-4 days per week
Full clinical autonomy in a supportive, non-corporate environment
A loyal patient base, with demand for chronic disease management and longer consultations
