In this role, you’ll support the delivery of end-to-end recruitment services across our organisation, providing outstanding customer service and strong administrative experience. About the Role Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating a range of recruitment and onboarding activities, including: Managing end-to-end recruitment processes (advertising, selection, pre-employment checks, contract preparation) Supporting hiring managers with recruitment advice and compliance Ensuring a positive and culturally safe candidate experience Assisting with the implementation of a new e-recruitment system Monitoring recruitment timelines and conditions of engagement What We’re Looking For Our ideal candidate will have: Experience in HR and/or recruitment, ideally in the APS, local government, or a similar sector Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A commitment to cultural safety, inclusion, and fairness in recruitment practices A sound understanding of relevant legislation and frameworks, such as the Public Service Act and merit-based selection principles will be highly regarded Above all, we’re looking for someone who is a team player with a strong customer service focus, and who takes pride in delivering accurate and timely recruitment support.
