About the Role - 100% Work from Home
Our role is to arrange vehicle assessments for our clients. This is a role which is full of variety with each claim being different to the one prior. Our business operates from 7am to 7pm AEST (QLD time), so availability during these hours is essential. If you are looking for a new challenge, you’ve come to the right place.
You will be part of a busy, goal driven team which is focused on delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Liaising with claimants, repairers, police and tow operators to book assessments all while delivering exceptional customer service
- Working with multiple software platforms
- High volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Meeting and exceeding key performance expectations
- Being a versatile team orientated professional
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a busy call centre environment or high-volume office environment where customer service is the top priority
- Working within tight time frames, managing your own work to achieve targets
- Task orientated, driven, with the ability to work within a team or alone as the task dictates
- Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills is essential
- Insurance experience is highly desirable
- Problem solving ability
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook
- Sales experience is desirable
