How will I help?
As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the design, development and implementation of change supports the customer and banker needs.
You will:
determine, develop, and manage change planning across small to medium initiatives, as identified through the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process
develop relevant change artefacts and materials to support the change, proactively seeking guidance from other members of the team where required
identify and work closely with stakeholders, managing their expectations and providing guidance to achieve the required outcomes
manage the delivery of changes in-line with the agreed approach while anticipating and dealing with day to day obstacles
create communications that are clear about purpose, desired outcomes and key messages
provide regular status updates to the required stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
ensure change related risk (people, operations, organisational) is within desired levels and that risks are managed according to agreed risk frameworks by managing and leading the identification of risks
What do I need?
Proven experience as a Change Practitioner at management level
Education in Change Management discipline (e.g. Postgraduate certificate in Change Management, PROSCI)
Degree in related field such as Business, Psychology or HR, or equivalent industry experience; and/or
Experience in managing and implementing small to medium sized initiatives in projects or change
Experience in an agile environment or evidence of the qualities & capabilities that a change professional needs to be able to work in an interactive, often ambiguous agile environment
