Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation and planning of developmentally appropriate programs for children.
* Create engaging activities that support the development of children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills.
* Support children's wellbeing, independence, and sense of belonging.
* Be a positive role model and trusted adult in their day.
* Maintain a safe and clean environment, ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A relevant qualification (Diploma or Level 3 or equivalent) is essential.
* Qualifications include a Diploma, Cert III or IV in Education, Care and Disability; Behavioural & Social Sciences; Community Services; Health; Allied Health; Sport & Recreation; Creative Arts.
* A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) is mandatory.
* Additional certifications such as RRHAN-EC Fundamentals & Masterclass Certificate may be advantageous.
