Client based in Mulgrave is experiencing a period of growth and requires a Facilities coordinator which also has experience in a warehousing environment for a 6 month role
Your new role
Maintenance:
Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance, including repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of equipment. General Kitchen maintenance including Coffee machine Setup/Clean-up.
Safety and Security:
Ensure the building is safe, secure, and compliant with regulations, which may involve testing security systems, managing emergency plans, and conducting safety inspections.
Contractor Management:
Liaise with contractors for various services, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.
Vendor Coordination:
Coordinate with TA team, vendors for cleaning, and other essential supplies.
Record Keeping:
Maintain records of inspections, maintenance activities, and other relevant information.
Communication:
Communicate with tenants, staff, and other stakeholders regarding facility operations, maintenance schedules, and e
Other duties:
- Dispatch - in and out, packaging, weighing etc.
- Entry notification screen
- Meet and sign-in Visitors
- Vehicle management (storage, logging and tracking)
- Jump start vehicles Upkeep of warehouse HSE topics
What you'll need to succeed
- Valid LF Forklift Licence and HR Truck Licence (preferred), with experience of operating forklift essential.
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills.
