About the roleTerryWhite Chemmart Prospect Vale is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team in Prospect, TAS 7250. This full-time role will have you playing a crucial part in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our pharmacy operations. The pharmacy serves an established community, with increasing trade and potential for continued growth following nearby suburban expansion. Soon to receive a refit and the introduction of robotic dispensary technology, it is a perfect time to join the team.
What you''ll be doing
* Providing expert pharmaceutical advice and dispensing medications to patients
* Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining accurate records
* Maintaining budgets and business goals as communicated by the Director/Proprietor
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient treatment plans
* Overseeing pharmacy technicians and assistants to maintain efficient operations
* Actively participating in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with industry changes
* Contributing to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
What we''re looking for
* Registered Pharmacist with a minimum of 3 years'' post-registration experience, with management and leadership experience essential.
* Strong clinical knowledge and ability to provide accurate, evidence-based advice
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with patients and other healthcare providers
* Proven track record of maintaining high standards of pharmaceutical care and patient safety
* Proficient in using pharmacy software and technology to support efficient operations
* Collaborative team player with a commitment to continuous improvement
