We are excited to invite applications for the permanent position of Operations Manager at our Hakea aggregation, located near the township of Munglinup in WA’s Esperance region.
About the role:
Career opportunity with the lot! Assist the Farm Manager with daily operations of a large broad acre cropping aggregation.

About you:

You will have:
* Experience in broad acre grain cropping production including the operation and maintenance of all associated plant, equipment, machinery, grain storage and chemical handling.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally
* Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail, a strong work ethic and ability to follow process.
* Attention to detail in all aspects of farming operations, including record keeping
* A modern and diligent approach to WHS with a passion for broad acre farming
