As a Business Broker, you’ll operate in an advisory role helping small to mid-sized business owners exit their businesses and assisting buyers looking to acquire companies.

Location: Launceston(Current opportunities in the Northern, N.E and N.W. Tasmania)Immediate start.
Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with buyers and sellers in the local market.Guide clients through the entire buying and selling process, ensuring a smooth transition.Identify and qualify potential buyersPrepare and present business appraisals and financial analyses.Negotiate purchase agreements and terms on behalf of clients.Market businesses for sale through various channels to attract potential buyers.Stay updated on industry trends and local market conditions.Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the transaction process.Work with lenders, and Financial Advisors, Accountants, and Lawyers.
Requirements:Proven experience in business brokerage, sales and lead generation or a related field. Applicants with an entrepreneurial mindset are encouraged to apply.Have a real estate license or prepared to obtain such.Experience as an Accountant, or in business ownership, consulting, finance, brokerage, or corporate sales is a strong advantage.Strong negotiation and communication skills. Confidentiality is essential.Experience in business ownership, consulting, finance, brokerage, or corporate sales is a strong advantage.Strong computer skills; prepared to carefully document the listing and sales process in detailAbility to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.Knowledge of financial statements and business and driven to achieve sales targets.Passion for helping businesses protect their legacy.Typical earnings range from: $100K – $200K+ annually
