Full-Time Property Manager Needed Due to Continued Growth and New Acquisitions
We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven professional to join our team as a Full-Time Property Manager.
About the Role
* Manage a well-maintained and stable portfolio of properties with excellent results.
* Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure smooth communication and effective resolution of any issues that may arise.
* Conduct regular open for inspections, entry & exit reports, and routine inspections to guarantee compliance with relevant Victorian Residential and Commercial Tenancy Acts.
* Develop and implement strategies to market rental properties and maximize revenue through attracting new tenants.
* Manage rental arrears and prepare necessary tribunal applications and hearings to resolve disputes efficiently.
* Handle insurance claims and perform general rental administration tasks in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
* Possession of a current Agent's Representative Certificate is essential.
* A valid Victorian Driver's Licence is required.
* A current Police Check must be held.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, are a must.
* Experience with Property Me and IRE systems would be beneficial but is not essential.
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills are critical for success in this role.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team is vital.
* A professional presentation is expected.
