Position
Due to growth and the acquisition of new clients, this firm is actively recruiting for a Senior Business Services Manager to lead, mentor and manage a motivated team of accountants. Client relationship management will be an essential component of this role. The successful candidate will have a genuine opportunity to progress to partnership within 3-5 years.
The successful candidate will be provided with their own client portfolio to manage and a small and highly motivated team. There is a genuine opportunity to grow this team and portfolio due to internal promotions that are already in place.
Candidate
* CA / CPA
* 8+ years experience in Australian Public Practice
* Ability to manage a $800-1m fee base
* Extensive management experience
* Strong technical skills
* Exceptional communication and presentation
