Appointment Setter (Contractor – ABN Required)
We're now seeking a confident, results-driven Appointment Setter to support outbound lead generation and demo bookings.
The Role
This is a contract position for an experienced appointment setter operating under their own ABN.
Your focus will be:
* Outbound prospecting to targeted dealerships
* Introducing AssetEx and qualifying interest
* Booking high-quality demo appointments for our sales team
* Maintaining accurate CRM notes and follow-ups
This is not a hard-close sales role. It's about intelligent outreach, strong qualification, and securing the right conversations.
Key Responsibilities
* Cold calling dealership decision-makers (lists provided)
* Following up warm and inbound leads
* Re‐engaging past contacts from our database
* Email and LinkedIn follow‐ups where appropriate
* Qualifying businesses based on size, current systems, and fit
* Booking demos directly into the sales calendar
* Providing weekly reporting on outreach activity and feedback
What We're Looking For
* Have proven outbound calling or appointment setting experience
* Are confident speaking with business owners and senior managers
* Understand B2B sales conversations
* Can handle objections professionally
* Are self‐motivated and organised
* Represent brands professionally
Experience in SaaS, automotive, machinery, or dealership industries is highly regarded but not essential.
Contract Requirements
* Must operate under your own ABN
* Responsible for your own superannuation and tax obligations
* Must have reliable internet and a suitable home office setup
* Ability to invoice weekly or fortnightly
Hours & Structure
* Flexible hours (approx. 10–20 hours per week initially)
* Remote role
* Hourly contractor rate + performance‐based incentives (demo booking bonuses)
* Potential for increased hours as results grow
