You'll join our high-performing Patient Administration (PAS) Business Unit (PBU), contributing your expertise across the entire product lifecycle—from design and build to testing, implementation, and ongoing support.Working alongside a team of dedicated professionals, you'll drive forward projects that make a real-world impact in hospital and health system performance, improving workflows and ultimately helping clinicians deliver better care.**In this role, you will:*** Provide functional and technical leadership across the full software delivery lifecycle, including application design, development, testing, and support.* Ensure adherence to best-practice software engineering standards, quality frameworks, and compliance requirements.* Maintain and promote DevOps practices aligned with Dedalus' software development lifecycle (SDLC).* Lead and support application development efforts, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and delivery management.* Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, and solution architects to define delivery direction, technical standards, and solution blueprints.* Engage with internal regional and global teams and external stakeholders to define project scope, establish system goals, and capture business and technical requirements.* Analyse, prioritise, and document functional requirements, data flows, and system processes (e.g. mapping, diagrams, flowcharts) to guide development and testing teams.* Support the setup and configuration of PAS and related systems, ensuring alignment with clinical and administrative requirements.* Coordinate and contribute to end-to-end testing, including test planning, execution, and defect resolution, to ensure delivery quality.* Develop and maintain documentation, process artefacts, and training materials to support solution handover and user adoption.**Take the Next Step in Your Career**At Dedalus, life flows through our software.
