**_What you need to be successful:_**
- Outstanding customer service, with an engaging and warm personality
- Solid understand KPI's & sales budgets/targets
- Proven success in leading a small team
- Ability to work a Tuesday - Saturday roster with no late nights
- A passion for Visual Merchandising and strong stock logistic skills as this is an outlet environment
