Leadership Opportunity
The role of Director provides strategic guidance and leadership to achieve operational excellence in a correctional centre / complex.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Leadership: Direct and oversee the management of all aspects of a correctional centre / complex to ensure effective and accountable delivery.
* Team Management: Manage a diverse team of staff across various disciplines, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
* Culture Development: Maintain a healthy and positive work environment that promotes employee well-being and job satisfaction.
* Innovation: Drive innovation to improve performance benchmarks in correctional practice through evidence-based solutions.
Requirements:
* Availability: Be available on call at designated times to respond to emergencies and maintain business continuity.
* Compliance: Comply with National Heavy Vehicle Law and Regulations, as well as Chain of Responsibility Policy and Procedures (for CESU roles).
* Transportation: Possess a valid driver's license and be willing to drive throughout NSW for work-related purposes.
