Discovery Bay Golden Square Bendigo, is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team.
About your role
As Administration Manager, you will be joining our leadership team in the Leadership and Governance space.
The successful applicant will be supporting a large team of educators, including a long-standing experienced Director and Educational Leader.
Example of daily tasks may include:
o Ordering supplies
o Sending out statements to families
o Printing weekly attendance rolls and daily charts
o Completing a monthly report for the Centre Manager
o Processing enrolment paperwork
o Updating our medical chart, action plans, medication etc.
o Responding to phone and email queries
o Supporting the classrooms where needed
Skills and experiences:
WWCC and Police Check.
First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
Understanding of Microsoft office, phone systems and be customer service focused.
Knowledge of Xplor is preferred.
Highly developed Professional Standards
Passionate in achieving the high-quality outcomes for children and families.
