About the Role
This part-time position involves supporting our Client Services team and ensuring a smooth workflow. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for completing client-related tasks efficiently and providing general support.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure timely completion of client-related tasks within the local office or designated region, meeting internal and external service standards.
* Provide general support to the Client Services team, including file creation, database management, and attending to tasks within the beginner skill set.
* Carry out front-of-house reception duties and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
* Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals.
