Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with all after hours clinical teams to coordinate an effective centralised bed management systemOversee the operations of the Stawell Campus to ensure optimal patient access and flowMaintain knowledge and understanding of all points of access into the campus, across Grampians Health and the Grampians regionEnsure referrals from other health services are triaged and prioritised for admission and a timely safe transfer plan is implementedKeep team members focused when under pressure through role modelling a calm approach, adopting a positive outlook and offering support where necessary
Skills & Experience
Registered Nurse or Midwife with experience in an acute hospital settingStrong organisational and communication skills Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a teamRelevant post graduate qualifications, management experience desirable
