Outside School Hours Care Service Lead
A co-educational specialist school is seeking a High Intensity OSHC Manager to lead and manage the Outside School Hours Care service. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality care, manage staff and work collaboratively with school leadership.
This role requires strong leadership skills and a commitment to inclusivity. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and creating safe and stimulating environments for children aged 5-18 with intellectual disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Outside School Hours Care service
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality care

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Leadership experience in an education or childcare setting
* Qualifications in early childhood education or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with school leadership and staff
* Experience working with children with intellectual disabilities
