Job Title: Contract Support Specialist
A contract support specialist is required to deliver exceptional support services for a government program in Alice Springs, Australia. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of government subcontracting and be able to work independently with some instruction.
* Coordinate and produce subcontract documents such as subcontracts, agreements, and modification task/delivery orders.
* Develop and maintain accurate subcontract files and monitor subcontractor deliverables.
* Review and process purchase requisitions and conduct thorough subcontract file reviews in support of Government audits.
* Negotiate teaming agreements and coordinate with accounting departments.
* Ensure compliance with government policies and regulations and manage subcontract files, prepare modifications, and control correspondence.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, negotiation expertise, working knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, and integrated software applications. Experience with various subcontract types and small business goals is also required.
