THE ROLE
As a conveyancer your duties and responsibilities will include:
* Managing conveyancing transactions from start to finish, including contracts, reviews, and exchanges.
* Preparing contracts for sale and post‐exchange documentation.
* Handling settlements and lodgements through PEXA.
* Advising clients on legal requirements and changes.
* Coordinating with mortgage lenders, developers, and other parties.
* Performing other duties as needed to support the process.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered a suitable candidate you must have:
* Minimum 3 years conveyancing experience gained through managing your own files.
* Great organisational skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and time constraints practically and effectively.
* The ability to build rapport with clients.
* Pro‐active in progressing matters to completion.
