With an extensive network of dealerships spanning Newcastle and the Hunter region, TWG proudly represents 12 vehicle makes across 18 dealerships in Hamilton, Cardiff, Rutherford, and Raymond Terrace. Our team of over 400+ skilled professionals is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while fostering a collaborative, fun work culture.
About the Role:

* Lead a motivated and high-performing new and used vehicle sales team.
* Assist with double closing deals with Team members.
* Develop and implement strategic follow-up plans for leads for your Team.
* Drive the sales of new and used vehicles to achieve targets.
* Cultivate a Team approach to sales to maximise volume.
* Collaborate with the General Manager to fulfil brand requirements and manage manufacturer reporting.
