Company: Our client has been established for around 5 years and in that time have had a lot of success with their own developments. They have had consistent presence in SEQ and this is a 12 month project needing a site manager in Everton Hills. You will be fortunate enough to join a stable team and have a Senior Project Manager that has been with the company that has delivered a number of similar projects. Role: The Site Manager / Supervisor has the following specific areas of responsibility: Management of trades and subcontractors on site Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation Implementation of OH&S policies Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications Approval of subcontractor invoices Liaison with a team of Site Foreman to ensure budget and time constraints are met Long and Short term programming Person: A stable career history within the construction industry Townhouse project experience Strong construction experience with a reputable construction company The ability to work to and meet deadlines Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity Supervisors Licence at a minimum To apply please click the apply now button or email your cv to sean@introrecruitment.com.au or call Sean Halligan on 0401 729 908 for more information.
