Key Responsibilities
* Provide proactive support in managing commercial and contractual risk across contract administration, entitlements, claims, and disputes.
* Assist in reviewing and drafting contract terms, variations, extensions, and notices, ensuring accuracy and alignment with legal and business requirements.
* Collaborate closely with procurement and subcontract teams to establish agreements, manage downstream obligations, and report on emerging issues.
* Maintain contract registers, portals, and correspondence, ensuring timely compliance with performance reporting, audits, and stakeholder engagement.
* Interpret financial and KPI models to inform commercial decision-making and contribute to the development of operational contract documents during transitions.
About You
* You should hold tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Law, Accounting, or Finance.
* You should have demonstrated experience in commercial or contract administration roles, ideally in infrastructure or services sectors.
* You should possess a strong understanding of contract administration principles and systems.
* You should be able to interpret data and identify risks or opportunities.
* You should have excellent communication skills to simplify complex contract terms into clear guidance.
* You should have strong planning and time management skills, with an agile and collaborative approach.
