Our Perth restaurant located inside the Palace Hotel are seeking passionate Line Cooks to join the team in the Dessert Section.

What we are looking for:
* 1+ years of relevant kitchen, pastry and/or dessert experience.
* A Certificate III Commercial Cookery Qualification/ Patisserie is beneficial
* Working knowledge of baking techniques and the pastry-making process.
* Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
