Job Description
The role of Program Manager Nursing Strategy is to provide leadership and direction on human resources, strategy, governance, and advisory services. You will work closely with the Executive Director Nursing and Midwifery Services to enhance human resource practices and capabilities across the Division.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Providing high-level strategic advice and support to senior executives, managers, staff, and unions to deliver industrial relations and human resource services effectively.
* Representing the organization at senior levels in various settings, such as industrial negotiations, high-level forums, and committees.
