Key qualifications:
* Qualification in engineering or extensive site-based supervisory experience delivering complex projects.
* Over 10 years' experience in heavy industry, specialising in rotating plant and high-value project delivery.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and commercial skills with a solid grasp of contract terms.
* Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $2M, including cost control, reporting, and scope management.
* Experience in leading estimating, tendering, and contract development processes.
