This role will support the delivery of the largest Federal Government Contact Centre, enabling us to create new opportunities for growth and improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage Enterprise Risk, including Security Risk, Project Risk, Operational Risk, Business Risk and Contract Management.
* Develop and deliver standards, procedures and conduct risk management activities to ensure systems are configured in compliance with policy and technical standards.
* Conduct threat risk assessments of projects and solutions.
* Coordinate activities between customers and Optus, including vendors associated with program delivery.
* Manage audits required for customers, Optus and suppliers associated with this account.
What We're Looking For
* Degree qualified in security or business, with Certification(s) in Security (CISSP, CISM, CRISC or similar).
* Extensive experience as a Risk Manager, Senior Information Security Advisor or similar role.
* Solid knowledge on security / risk frameworks such as PSPF, ACSC ISM, NIST CSF, ISO 31000.
* Australian citizenship and eligibility for Federal Government security clearance.
