We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor – Electrical Works to join our team at KLES Illumination. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of electrical and lighting projects across commercial, residential, and industrial sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical installations, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
* Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of electrical project teams.
* Plan and monitor project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
* Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
* Review technical drawings and provide guidance for accurate implementation.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.
* Prepare reports on project status, risks, and performance.
* Mentor and support junior electricians and technicians.
Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
* 5+ years of experience in electrical installations or project supervision.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, lighting solutions, and industry standards.
* Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
