About the Role
We are seeking a skilled CRM developer to join our team and help us deliver high-value ICT services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* CRM Solution Design:Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions that meet business requirements.
* Integration & APIs:Develop custom plugins, APIs, and integrations (RESTful, SOAP) with other enterprise applications to extend CRM capabilities.
* Data Management:Implement data migration and cleansing processes using ETL techniques.
* Performance Optimization:Monitor CRM system performance and apply optimization practices.
* Collaboration:Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of robust solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Experience:A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CRM Developer, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on development experience in either Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Technical Proficiency:Strong experience with CRM development languages and tools (e.g., Apex, JavaScript, .NET, SQL).
* Core CRM Skills:Strong experience with CRM APIs, plugins, and workflows.
* Integration:Experience with data management and integration techniques, including ETL processes.
