Due to a recent promotion, we're looking for an Assistant Facilities Caretaker for Stockland B by Halcyon, located in Buderim. Full time, permanent opportunity, Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm, become an integral part of our ever-growing Facilities team, across Stockland Halcyon.
You'll work alongside the Facilities Caretaker, keeping the gardens, shared spaces and general facilities in top shape, helping maintain the high standards the community prides itself on.
* Keeping gardens, pool area and common grounds looking their best
* General maintenance of facilities and equipment
* Cleaning and upkeep of recreation and communal areas
* Supporting a safe and secure environment for homeowners and staff
* Assisting with on-site security and ad hoc tasks as needed
About you
* You're hands-on and enjoy outdoor work
* You've got experience in gardening and general maintenance
* You may have studied horticulture or landscaping – or just have a natural green thumb
* Background in community-focused environments like resorts, retirement living, schools or even run your own gardening/general maintenance business
* Hold a current driver's licence and have a reliable vehicle for commuting to/from work
