Job Description
As a Payroll Administrator, you\'ll be a key part of a team-oriented team, supporting payroll operations for a large and diverse workforce.
Your role will focus on ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in time and attendance data management.
Responsibilities
Process and maintain payroll-related data with precision and timeliness.
Audit time and attendance records to ensure compliance with awards, agreements, and company policies.
Resolve payroll queries and provide support to operational leaders.
Assist with system updates and testing related to payroll configuration.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and project work.
Support training and documentation of payroll procedures.
Collaborate with stakeholders across payroll, HR, and operations.
The Successful Applicant
To thrive in this role, you\'ll bring a strong foundation in payroll or finance administration, along with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
2+ years\' experience in payroll, finance, or data administration.
Familiarity with time and attendance systems (UKG Pro / Kronos highly regarded).
Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to support process improvements.
Commitment to a 12-month fixed term contract and ability to start ASAP.
