Civil Construction Workers Supervisors and Operators
Our company is seeking experienced civil project supervisors and construction workers to join our team on a surface-based project near Dubbo NSW.
This is a FIFO or DIDO opportunity with all accommodation provided. The work involves all aspects of civil construction for surface infrastructure related to mining projects.
* Project Supervisors
o Proven experience supervising civil construction projects (mining or heavy industrial preferred)
o Strong knowledge of concrete works, formwork systems and rebar installation
o Excellent leadership, organisation and communication skills
o Able to interpret technical drawings and work packs
* Civil Workers
o High level of attention to detail
o Ability to work independently without supervision and be part of a team
o Attention to detail and diligence for quality of work
o Relevant trade qualifications or experience
o Proven ability to always adhere to safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise civil construction projects ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes
2. Coordinate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment and materials
3. Develop and implement work plans, schedules and budgets in conjunction with site teams
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery
5. Monitor and control costs, identify areas for cost savings and implement process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in civil construction management or supervision
* Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials and techniques
* Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Relevant trade qualifications or experience
