Project Coordinator Role

The project coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of client marketing strategies by working closely with account managers.

This position requires strong internal communication skills and efficient project workflows to deliver creative and digital assets on time.

* Collaborate with account managers to translate strategic marketing plans into actionable project timelines and task assignments.
* Manage deadlines and internal workflows to ensure timely delivery of creative and digital assets.
* Serve as liaison between account management and the creative team to streamline communication and ensure clarity on project direction and feedback.
* Monitor project progress and proactively address roadblocks or risks to timeline adherence.

Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in a marketing, project coordination, or campaign management role.

Required skills include excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, solid understanding of marketing tactics and timelines, and basic SEO concepts.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
