You’ll work alongside the Head Chef and be required to run the kitchen regularly on their days off. The venue is a busy and vibrant Venue, which serves bistro style food plus a full menu. This is a creative role and provides the right candidate the opportunity to work within an excellent team.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of quality and service
About you / Qualifications
Trade qualified with three or more years’ experience
Possess a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
Produce consistent quality and maintain a positive, can-do attitude
Own traditional uniform and knives
Experience in quality à la carte dining
Keen eye with high attention to detail
Interested in menu planning and offering suggestions
